The proprietors Gavin and Lucinda Gregg together with head chef Sebastien Gougeon and sous chef Paulo Fernandes create the colourful and exciting menus, which reveal their Irish ancestry and also include overtones of international delicacies. Traditional dishes include pan-fried calves liver with smoked bacon, Ulster champ mash and a mushroom and baby shallot jus or maybe a tarte tatin of goats cheese, ratatouille and smoked garlic. Their Sunday lunch comprises of traditional roasted dishes which is renowned to locals.
Greggs restaurant offers an excellent wine list to complement the menu. The dining area is air conditioned, modern and chic and provides areas for private parties as well as quiet corners and romantic window-side tables for two. The restaurant seats 50 people and Gavin and Lucinda delight in arranging private bookings with tailor-made menus. The restaurant is entirely non-smoking and is located at the top of Sevenoaks town high street near St Nicholas' Church.
