All you need to do is send us details of your property that you would like to appear in the advert together with up to four photos, your email address and contact details.
We will then put your advert onto our site under the 'Property for Sale' category. Note that your contact details will NOT appear on the website. We will set up a contact form so that interested buyers can send you an email message directly without knowing your email address.
The garden
Note that if you sell your house through a private advert you may be able to save several thousand pounds on estate agent's fees. If you are registered with an estate agent please check your contract; you may be liable to pay them even though the initial introduction of the buyer was made independently of them!
