This is the national Conifer Collection, and the finest collection of conifers in the world. The Pinetum was founded as a joint venture between the Forestry Commision and the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew.

The Pinetum is an attractive place to visit throughout the year.

Penshurst Place is one of England's finest historic houses set in the Weald of Kent's peaceful rural landscape.

The ten acres of garden at Penshurst Place retain the original terraces and walls of the 16th century. The individual garden rooms were created in the 19th century by planting a mile of yew hedge. Designed to be a garden for all seasons, visitors can enjoy a feast of colour and beauty from Spring through to Autumn.  
 



 
Riverhill House Gardens
