EC and EEA Nationals and Commonwealth citizens do not need to register with the Police. All other employees coming to work in the UK, with a work permit for more than 3 months, will have their passport stamped on entry into the UK stating that they must register with the Police. This must be done within 7 days of arrival.
If registration is applicable to you and your property is within the London Metropolitan Police area you will need to register at the Alien Registration Office at 10 Lamb's Conduit Street, London WC1N 3NX. Outside of this area you should register at the nearest Police Station to your home. | |

Registration
We charge a registration fee of £150. This fee is a one off.
Service Fee
We charge a service fee of £30 per hour. We will update you regularly on time spent on your relocation and if required agree a maximum fee.
Success Fees
We do not charge a success fee for finding you a property, either rented or purchased. | |

There are now free services available which allow you to find out the actual price houses have been sold for in the UK. If you know the post code or the name of the street you are interested in you can find find out the price houses in the area have been sold for.
If someone tells you that a house down the road went for £x, you can now find out the real truth! |

Put in the post code of the area you are interested in. For example:
TN13 = the general Sevenoaks area

Sally and Richard both worked for oil company BP before setting up their own business. They have experience of the stresses and strains of relocation.
